My approach to supervision

Jessica offers clinical supervision to Social Workers, Counsellors, and other mental health practitioners, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from her 20+ years of work across various community, hospital, university, and private settings. Jessica has undergone supervisor training and possesses broad experience in leading multidisciplinary allied health teams and developing mental health programs. She has a significant background in working with young people and parents and children. Jessica facilitates case discussions and explores themes, including clinical processes, ethical dilemmas, and organizational challenges. She personally prioritises relational supervision to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout and ensure optimal client outcomes.

Jessica also provides support to Social Workers in their journey toward becoming an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Approachable, warm, and collaborative in her style, Jessica enjoys working with both newly trained therapists and seasoned clinicians. Clinical supervision is available on either a regular or 'as needed' basis.
