About me
Hello! I'm an Occupational Therapist and mental health worker, coordinator, trainer. I have worked in Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Non-clinical Mental Health roles with a wide range of ages from young people to older adults (primarily 15+; no or very limited CAMHS experience). I am passionate about inclusion, choice and human rights. I have experience and interests in Motivational Interviewing, Dual Diagnosis / Integrated Care, and am open to supervising across Allied Health disciplines. I have had roles in service development, consultation and workforce development and cross-service initiatives.

My current role/work
Currently I work with the CMHL and coordinate workforce development programs and statewide programming for MH education at the Centre for Mental Health Learning. I liaise with a range of stakeholders across services in Victoria.
My training
I have undertaken Supervision Training through the Bouverie Centre as well as designed and delivered several Clinical Supervision training programs. Other training I have undertaken and/or designed / delivered includes Trauma Informed Care; Motivational Interviewing; Solution Focused therapy; delivering and designing groups and group programs; Variosu aspects of Dual Diagnosis / Integrated Care and support; Suicide Risk. My approach to supervision
Very much a collaborative effort, I like to get to know my supervisees and keep the focus on strengths and current skills as well as planning to developing and fine-tune practice skills.
