My approach to supervision
My approach is both strengths based and in capacity building format. With the goal of supporting the supervisee to lead the session, and feel safe to utilize the space in a way that is best from them and their practice.
Overall I prefer to be guided by the individual, and have an agreed approach and format, with build in time to review and reflect on the partnership.
